WIP: First Order TIE Fighter (Finishing up)

Putting the final touches on Bandai's First Order standard TIE  Fighter!

Not much new here, but I did manage to find a picture of the cockpit before sealing it inside the hull:

Lighting isn't the best, but I tried to capture everything I could in there. Lots of decals in there for a space you can't see. Just left most of the interior black primer, painted the chair in dark gray and Leadbelcher and Chrome for the devices inside. I then encapsulated the whole thing, and bless you Bandai, they give little stems on the arms of the wings to hide the seams! Assembled the works without the solar panels. Painted those in Tamiya Sky Gray, and the cockpit shield in Alclad semi matte aluminum. The hull/main body was painted in Alclad's Gun Metal, which is a superb black metal paint. So, this is complete, minus the base. Haven't decided if I want to use Bandai's sandy Jakku base, or a leftover Fine Molds TIE base. Decisions loom, but we'll find out in the final studio pics!!! Thanks for looking!
