Another quick hit on the Thundertusk. Things were moving fast getting ready for the model contest, so I don't have as many WIP pics as I'd like.
I basically sprayed the whole kit light blue from Tamiya's line, and gradually added more and more white to the airbrush and sprayed downward to keep the blue in the shadows. Then I started picking out a few details here and there.
Also masked off the Thundertusk head so I can start doing gradient airbrushing for the actual tusks:
